The question I most often get asked is, 'Where do I begin?' It was what I asked shortly after walking into my first therapist’s office, as I urged her to give me homework. As we started to talk, she pointed me to Eckhart Tolle's A New Earth and Brené Brown’s The Gifts of Imperfection. To this day, those books continue to be two of the most influential books I’ve read. However, what resonates will really depend on your journey. Consider this like an appetizer featuring some of the types of topics and authors we discuss in our group hangs.
